I needed an Elevation Certificate to obtain a discount on flood insurance (which I wanted due to upcoming El Nino warnings.) I had received an estimate from a non-local engineering firm I found online and needed another estimate. I found [C.P] (by adding Santa Clarita to my search query) and contacted them mid-morning. Within an hour or so, I had a response, and an estimate by the end of the day. [C.P.] was less than half of the cost of the other firm!

I spoke with them about some details in the agreement and they were very thorough and professional in their explanations. They had room in their schedule to do the survey the next morning and I had the Elevation Certificate digitally in hand by the end of that day. The other company was estimating a 10 day window.

I recently bought a house in Santa Clarita and the plat map of the property seemed to show that my land was larger than what I had been led to believe was the land belonging to the house due the to the way that the yard had been fenced in. Now my property has markers/monuments to denote each angle of the property, even going up the slope of a hill through thick brush.
