Property Boundary Surveys

When is a Boundary Survey Used?

A boundary survey is used to determine the physical location of a property’s boundary lines based on recorded maps, deeds and monuments. Once the boundary lines have been established, monuments will be set to mark your property corners. You will be provided with a map showing your property lines, the type and location of monuments set as well as any fences, wall or other improvements with in 2 feet of the property lines. A record of survey map will also be filed with the County Surveyor of your county. If there is found to be any conflicts or encroachments on or over the property boundary, we can help you with an easement or boundary line agreement to resolve these issues.
